Hungarian Homemade Noodles with Peas

2 c. Hungarian Homemade Angel Hair noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. creamed sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. poppy seed
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain.
  2. In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
  3. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, poppy seed, salt and pepper; add to onion.
  4. Stir in noodles and peas; heat through.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
