Hungarian Homemade Baked Noodles

1 lb. Hungarian Homemade Angel Hair noodles
4 c. cottage cheese, cream style
4 c. sour cream
1 c. onion, minced
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Paprika
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions:

1. Cook Hungarian Homemade Noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
2. Drain.
3. Combine the noodles with the remaining ingredients except paprika and Parmesan cheese.
4. Approximately 30 minutes before serving, bake in buttered casserole at 350 degrees until hot.
5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with cheese.
