Hungarian Homemade Chicken Paprika

1 tbsp. oil
12 chicken pieces
2 onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can un-drained sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 (12oz) bags Hungarian Homemade Large Square noodles, buttered

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Sauté onion rings until tender.
  3. Salt onions.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons paprika.
  5. Add chicken and turn to coat.
  6. Add bell peppers.
  7. Stir tomato paste into mushroom liquid. Add liquid and mushrooms to skillet.
  8. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
  9. Thicken juices with flour as needed. Stir in sour cream.
  10. Cook Hungarian Homemade Noodles according to package directions and place in a large flat bowl or serving platter.
  11. Spoon chicken over noodles.
